Parking

  • Lots of free parking on the street or in Publix parking garage - it's all free

  • Search for 1115 Nelsen Merry Street, 37203
- there is a sign outside the office lobby that says “THE RESIDENCES” - see pic
- you can park anywhere on the street

  • If you end up in a parking garage (ground floor), you can park in there too

  • You can ignore the “Future resident parking” signs as they don’t give tours saturday afternoon. I (Ben) park there every day and it’s ok.

  • All of those spaces and spaces in these pics are ok to park in - no fees and no tickets!


  • Call or text Ben 615-939-1115 if you need help

  • Under the “RESIDENCES at CAPITAL VIEW” sign is the apartments lobby. Once inside the concierge will lead you to the space, or another resident can let you in. “Your destination is the clubhouse on the 4th floor.”

  • You can also park anywhere on 11th Ave North, in front of the shops
