Ashtanga Vinyasa (60 min)

Turn inward and flow through a vinyasa sequence that explores flexibility, strength, and a calmer mind; all while maintaining the foundational elements of Ashtanga Yoga. Guided by the breath, this class combines continuous movement to build internal heat with holding postural forms to settle in. We come to our mats to remove physical, mental and emotional obstacles, to feel into and free up the energy living in all of us. Expect to sweat, be challenged and learn to let go. Sometimes this class even includes “play time” — a few minutes for you to explore some aspect of the practice with support from the teacher (and community!).

Some experience in yoga or any movement modality is recommended. Variations and modifications will be offered for accessibility.
