The general impression many folks have is that when we meditate we are attempting to stop our thoughts. This is not only incorrect, it's not possible. Join Cory for this, the first in a series of sessions wherein we'll explore what meditation is and how we can bring it into our lives with ease.
This workshop will consist of 3 to 4 short (5 to 15 min) sits with discussion/Q&A dispersed in between. We've got a cushion for you! Zoom folks are welcome too.
