A Weekend Workshop with Cory Bryant, PhD.
Join Cory for an enriching weekend workshop that weaves together the profound teachings of yoga and Buddhism. With over twenty years of exploration in these transformative practices, Cory invites you to experience the harmonious integration of these sacred paths.
This workshop will delve into the teachings of Patanjali and the Buddha, alongside insights from contemporary luminaries such as Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche, Joseph Goldstein, Richard Freeman, and Lama Willa Blythe Baker.
Through a blend of lectures, discussions, and guided meditations ranging from 3 to 30 minutes, participants will discover the common ground shared by yoga and Buddhism.
