Let’s work on some drills for your shoulders! Let’s take a look at the shoulder joint (glenohumeral joing) and learn to separate it’s movement from your scapulae. Lots of flexion, internal and external rotation challenges required to keep your shoulders healthy. We’ll also take a look at major poses like chaturanga, upward dog and explore the variety of ways to do them.

If possible try to have blocks, a ball (tennis, lacrosse) and a sturdy chair nearby. While these are not necessary they can enhance our work.
