Prehab for Yogis - The Spine Edition

Let’s work on drills to keep a healthy spine! We'll separate out and move our cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine reviewing the ways they move. Learn drills you can add to your practice that include spinal waves and various cat/cow positions. We’ll also take a look at major poses like locust, camel and wheel. 

If you have blocks, bring them! While they are not necessary they can enhance our work.
