Come join Cory for this exploration of Patanjali’s ashtanga yoga - the yamas (ethics), niyamas (self care), asana (postures), pranayama (breath work), pratyahara (sensory control), dharana (concentration), dhyana (meditation) and samadhi (enlightenment). We’ll look at what they are and how they can be integrated into your practice and life.
There will be some movement, breath work and meditation in this class — so please do dress comfortably.
